Senior Players - Are You UNBREAKABLE?

Its good to see more players turning up to the Training sessions being held at Northcote college. So far the trainings have been pretty solid and those turning up are benefitting from the extra work.

It seems as though we are not all UNBREAKABLE, some players have come along to get a taste of the hard work that will be required this year but have not returned for more. These extra sessions are for your benefit and will help you to gain not only the required level of fitness needed to compete at higher levels, but also give the mental toughness and attitude we want from everyone.

I hope more and more players turn up and keep turning up. I look forward to seeing you all at training "on time and ready to go".
