The NZRL Player Registration form is to be completed each year for all players from Under 6 to Open Age Restricted.
All Senior players from Premier 2nd to Premiers must complete the "Premiership & Senior Player Reg Form".
Please complete form and post to: PO Box 34157, Birkenhead with payment of fees.
